Seeking Safe Quiet and Private Room

I'm just an ordinary guy. I have a routine and schedule. I have an apartment currently, but am looking to move out and go the roomate route instead to save money, due to inflation and rising gas prices. I am adjusting my lifestyle to fit my budget. I am drug and alcohol free, I strongly prefer a roomate that is the same. Seeking either a roomate that works a 12 step program or one that is TRULY just a social and responsible drinker. Not into parties and I do not like having guests over for any reason. I prefer to stay to myself and will not attempt to get involved in your business. I am not looking for a friend, just a roomate...preferably someone that is only looking for a roomate for the financial benefit. I do not break the law and am a law abiding and tax paying citizen. I expect my roomate to be clean, kind, and have a professional demeanor. I would like to be settled in somewhere by this Saturday if possible. However I can easily modify that date if needed. I can pay by the week or by the month, either is perfectly fine. I will not pay a deposit for any reason. But you will never have an issue with me paying rent on time.
