Quiet 30F Seeking Short-Term Room + Senior Dog

Hi! I’m a 30-year-old woman looking for a peaceful, clean room to rent short-term, ideally from November through March. I’m recently divorced and looking for a comfortable place to call home while I work, reset, and prepare to move out of Florida in the spring.

I work two jobs, so I stay pretty busy. At home I’m quiet, tidy, respectful, and independent. I enjoy reading, writing, painting and other creative hobbies, working out, and spending time outdoors. I don’t drink or use drugs and would prefer a calm household.

I have one elderly, house-trained dog named Luna who is terminally ill. 🐾 She is incredibly sweet, loving, and gentle with people, but she doesn’t do well with other animals, so a pet-free home would be best. She sleeps most of the time and won’t be underfoot around the house. While I’m at work, she can comfortably stay in my room. When I’m home, she’ll either be relaxing with me in my room or out with me on walks, park trips, and little adventures.
