Looking for Room in or around Lancaster PA

howdy:) names Andre Raineri, I’m a 28 year old trans woman looking for somewhere to live and nice people to live with!

I work Thursday-Sunday so my “weekend” is a bit askew. I love to go kayaking and hiking (when the whether permits, not a big fan of the cold) and I try to host my friends over for a board game night every so often. I try to be very accommodating in whatever way is asked of me; I get that I’m paying to come into someone’s home and I want to respect the way things already are without disrupting your vibe. I clean up after myself and I try to tidy up communal spaces whenever I can. I would love a driveway/garage spot if one is available but it’s not a dealbreaker if one is not available. I do not have any pets but I love animals and have no qualms with other roommates having pets in the home.

I am available anytime Monday-Wednesday to meet and check out the room, see if you like my vibe and want to invite me into your home:) I can be available for a virtual tour or phone call if Monday-Wednesday is not amenable to your schedule I am targeting a move within October, but I can wait as late as the first week of September for the right fit.
