Retired senior and adult son

Hello I am senior. I'm looking for a large one bedroom, also have a refrigerator and a small microwave . I do have my son who's my ride and die he works for Lyft and door dash but he comes throughout the day to see if I need anything he does my errands takes me shopping and to the doctor, and buys my food for me so I was thinking I should just have an air mattress for him so he can just stay with me and deflate during the day when he's gone He has been accepted the last 3 places I have rented and he is mentioned in my references. He's a veteran of the Navy very respectful and humble I am retired ... I need to keep a budget just like everyone else between 850 and 1000 so if anyone knows of a room that will accept my son, and its a large room reach out. My son is very handy to help out around a house when needed I will be ready to move on November 1st thank you God bless 🙏 🙏
