Hi! I'm Adrien — relocating to Denver from Belgium in early October 2026, right after finishing my Master's in Computer Science. I'm new to the US rental/credit system, but can provide proof of savings if that helps.
Lifestyle: quiet, tidy, non-smoker. I cook regularly, play guitar, and I'm bringing my bike over, so I'd love to be somewhere good for riding. No parties, easy to live with — happy to share common space respectfully and just as happy to keep to myself.
What I'm looking for: a room in Denver, ideally Capitol Hill, Cheesman Park, Uptown, Highland, or Washington Park — somewhere walkable/transit-connected since I won't have a car right away. Furnished is a plus but not required.
Move-in: October 7-8, 2026, flexible either way. Budget: up to $1,000/month, all-in. Term: month-to-month preferred, but open to a short initial term (around 3 months) while I job-hunt and get settled.
