Hi! I’m Savannah. I am looking for a one bedroom or spacious studio apartment to move into. My main priority in finding a space is having a dish washer and a washer/dryer (hookups are preferred if possible so I can get new machines). Also preferably a patio on and a hopefully garage as well. About me: 30 years old female Currently living in hotels and am consistently averaging about 6k - 10k per month in income (I can prove using my bank statements). I am happily single with no kids (not looking to change that). I don’t have any animals but would love to get something small like a hermit crab or beta fish. I don’t ever have guests at my home in order to protect my peace, safety and privacy. I am kind, friendly, respectful neighbor & I mind my own business. I am a very active person and I love to cook and eat healthy and keep my living clean and nicely organized. If given the opportunity I would be delighted to have my own little garden. I definitely would want to have a house plant or two and some flowers on a patio/front porch. Potential cons as a renter: I am a tobacco smoker but not heavily usually just in the morning with my coffee. I am trying to quit vaping. I am slightly hard of hearing but I’m good about keeping the noise down. I have a mini keyboard piano for my spot & would look for one that can connect to headphones.
