I'm 25 and active-duty Air Force stationed at JBLM. I'm looking for a private room in University Place, Tacoma, or nearby. I'm hoping to move within the next month and stay through at least June 11.
My budget is ideally $800 to $1,000 per month, but I can go up to $1,200 if utilities are included. I have two neutered indoor male cats, so the home must be cat friendly. I've cared for them for about three years, they're well behaved, and I don't expect anyone else to pet sit. I also have a queen bed and my own desk, so I need a reasonably sized room or some extra space for the desk.
I'm quiet, easygoing, don't smoke or party, and work weekdays. A military household would be a plus, but it isn't required.
