Room wanted in Folsom, CA

I am a 48-year-old professional female looking for a clean, comfortable, and quiet place to call home. I am hoping to move sometime in late October or early November, and my budget is up to $1,200 per month.

I am open to sharing a home with either males or females and would ideally prefer mature, respectful housemates. I am very clean, responsible, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. I do not smoke anything or use drugs, although I do enjoy an occasional cocktail.

I will primarily be working remote, although I recently learned that I may eventually be required to work in the office three to four days per week. Because I work from home, having a peaceful and relatively quiet environment during the daytime is important to me.

I am specifically looking for a room with my own private bathroom. Access to a swimming pool would also be a huge plus, as I love being outside and soaking up the sun. I enjoy cooking, living a healthy and active lifestyle, exercising, paddleboarding, and spending time outdoors.

Overall, I am looking for a comfortable, friendly home where everyone is respectful of one another and where I can settle in for about a year.
