I am an American citizen returning to Miami, after 2 years living abroad.
I am looking for a fully-furnished private room, in-law suite, or small guest house – own bathroom preferred, kitchen access, desk + chair (for working purpose – I am a professional).
I want to rent for 1 month first, and then month-to-month.
I needs the property to be walkable/bikeable to groceries + gym (I will have a Florida driver license soon).
PREFERRED AREAS: Edgewater/Midtown, Wynwood Edge, Mid Beach, The Roads, Brickell Edge.
