Hi there! I officially decided to live permanently in Malibu :-) I am looking for a granny house, back house, Studio or one bedroom apartment. I have found some ads on Facebook but I don't know what's reputable and what is not. I am a ceramicist, live alone, have no criminal record, currently still own a home in Michigan and am happy to trade partial rent or full rent for housework, help on farms, nannying, house sitting, cleaning, pet sitting, etc. I am a quiet and respectful tenant. I will be teaching Pottery locally, as well as Individual and Group Therapy/ Life Coaching for kids and Adults. I look forward to being part of the Malibu community!
