Professional with a small dog looking for a room

Hi! I’m Marius, a 29-year-old professional currently living in Long Island City. I’m open to several options:

* A room in an existing apartment with one or two roommates
* Finding someone to search for a new apartment with
* A shorter-term room sublet
* A shorter-term sublet of an entire apartment, most likely a studio or one-bedroom within my budget

My budget is up to $2,000 per month, not including utilities and other bills. I’m aiming to move around November 15, but I can be flexible by a week or two in either direction.

I’m considering the Upper East Side, Lenox Hill, Midtown East, Murray Hill, Kips Bay, Gramercy Park, East Village, West Village, Upper West Side, Hell’s Kitchen, Long Island City, Astoria, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, and Carroll Gardens. As you can probably tell, I’m pretty open! I’d also consider other neighborhoods depending on the apartment, location, and overall fit.

A little about me: I work full-time in operations and data analytics. I work from home most days and usually go into the office on Thursdays, plus occasionally one other day during the week. I’m clean, respectful, friendly, and easy to live with. I enjoy cooking, traveling, going to the gym, exploring the city, and socializing, but I also value having a peaceful and comfortable home. I’d ideally like roommates who are friendly and occasionally open to hanging out while still respecting one another’s space and privacy.

I also have Archie, my one-year-old Pomeranian. He’s super loving and friendly and absolutely loves people and other dogs, so the apartment must be dog-friendly.

I’m looking for responsible, communicative, and considerate roommates. LGBTQ+ friendly is a must.
