Looking for rental!

I’m 22 years old and moving in from out of state, and I’m currently looking for a place to live starting in late October. I’d love any recommendations, leads, or potential roommates!

My budget is up to $1,500 total per month, although I’d definitely prefer to spend less if possible.

I’m open to either living alone or with roommates. If I have roommates, I’d strongly prefer to have my own private bathroom.

A little about what I’m looking for:

Safety is a big priority for me

I’d love an apartment/community with nice amenities

Walkability is a plus

Mountain views and/or a nice city view would be a plus

I have two very affectionate cats, so the place would need to be pet-friendly. I’m open to living with other animals as long as they’re friendly with cats.

Since I’m moving from out of state, I’d also really appreciate recommendations for good neighborhoods or apartment complexes to look into.
