Looking for SF housing in October!

Hey! I’m Owen, I’m a 23 year old recent SFSU grad and gay trans man. I’m looking for long term housing in SF as early as October 1 and as late as October 20th.

- 💰Max budget $1500/month
- 📍Ideal neighborhoods: Mission / Castro / Lower Haight / Noe Valley / NoPa / North Beach / Nob Hill
- 🚊Access to public transit is my biggest requirement!
- 🐾I have no pets but am open to living with them
- Laundry in the unit/building would be great but it’s not a requirement

I’m a writer and creative. I currently work in retail so my schedule varies week to week but I try to get out of the house a lot. I love to read, write, watch movies, crochet, explore the city, and go out for drinks and dancing!

I’m a social person and I’m hoping to live with people I can be friends with and share the occasional movie night/dinner/coffee with, but I’m also very respectful of personal space and quiet time. I’m happy to pitch in to clean and maintain common spaces and collaborate on various projects for the apartment. I like to host guests from time to time, but am flexible depending on comfort levels within the space. I really value open communication and working together to keep a happy home.
