I'm looking for a clean, respectful roommate to team up with and apply for a 2-Bed / 2-Bath layout ($1,500 rent total) at Carriage Court Apartments (Springdale/Sharonville area).

I am looking to take the smaller bedroom and have the bathroom located in the hallway. Your rent portion for the primary suite (which includes a huge walk-in closet and an en-suite attached private bath) would be $825 - $855/month. My portion for the smaller room will be $645 - $675/month. Utilities would be split 50/50.

As a bonus, I already have all the furniture and household items needed to fully furnish the common spaces (living room, dining area, kitchen, etc.). You would only need to bring furniture and belongings to furnish your own bedroom and private bathroom! (As well as any extra decorations you'd like to personalize the common areas for you as well 😊)

About Me:
I'm a 21 year old, quiet, independent professional working the night shift at a hotel. I'm out of the house for work between 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM and sleep during the day. Because of my schedule, I am looking for a peaceful, low-key home environment. I tend to keep to myself, respect boundaries, and keep shared spaces clean and tidy. I do have two incredibly sweet and well-behaved cats (ESAs). They are shy of strangers to start, but they will warm up to you with time. Being pet-friendly is an absolute must!

I don't smoke, vape, or do drugs and I'm looking for a roommate who is the same. I'm also queer so I'm looking for a safe and accepting household. Looking for female roommates only please.

I'm looking to move within the next few months, however my timeline is fairly flexible and I'm happy to discuss dates!
