Hi! I’m an incoming graduate student at the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy, starting this fall. I’m currently looking for housing in Hyde Park, ideally somewhere with an easy commute to the UChicago campus and Harris.
My budget is up to $1,300/month for my share. I’m flexible about the setup. I’m open to either joining an existing apartment with an available room or teaming up with 1–2 roommates to find a 2BR/3BR apartment together. Location-wise, I’m mainly looking around Hyde Park and would prioritize convenience to campus, a comfortable living environment, and good value for the rent.
As a roommate, I’ll be respectful of everyone’s personal space and would like to keep common areas reasonably clean and comfortable. I’m also happy to occasionally hang out, grab food, or explore Chicago together.
