Hi! I’m a 42-year-old professional relocating from Texas to the Castle Rock/Castle Pines area for work. I’m a personal trainer with Life Time and will be moving to Colorado to be part of the team at the new Castle Pines location.
I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and pretty independent. I tend to keep to myself and enjoy having my own space, but I’m also friendly and enjoy socializing here and there. I’m past the stage of looking for a “party house” and am really just hoping to find a comfortable, peaceful place to call home while I get settled in Colorado.
I do have an older indoor cat who will be making the move with me and is non-negotiable. I rescued him a few years ago, he is fully litter-box trained, and he’s my little buddy. I’m a responsible pet owner and very respectful of someone else’s home and property; he can stay solely in my room if needed (if renting a room directly in one's home versus a garage apartment etc).
Ideally, I’d love to find something with a little privacy—such as a garage apartment, mother-in-law suite, basement apartment, private entrance, or a home with an additional/separate living space. However, I’m open to a traditional room rent.
