UA senior back in Tucson mid-Dec, tidy, one dog

Hi, I’m Jake! I’m 24 and returning to Tucson after spending the fall in Phoenix for an aerospace IT co-op. I’m a University of Arizona student studying Management Information Systems and Business Analytics and heading into my senior year. I also work for the University of Arizona as a Technical Consultant while I’m in school.

I’m looking for a private room in a house or apartment and can move anytime between December 17 and January 1. I’m open to joining an existing household, taking over someone’s room, or teaming up with someone to find a place together.

I’m clean, responsible, independent, and respectful of shared spaces. Outside of school and work, I enjoy the gym, hiking, camping, technology, music, and spending time outdoors. I like to get out, be social, and spend time with friends, but I’m also comfortable doing my own thing.

I also have a friendly 2-year-old Australian Kelpie named Pepsi. He’s around 40–45 lbs., house-trained and potty-trained, and friendly with other dogs. He’ll be moving with me, so I do need a dog-friendly place.
