I’m looking for a room to rent or sublet in New York starting in early October, ideally for a lease of at least one year. I have a budget of max $1500/month.
I’ve been living in New York for the past 3 years, I’m 23 years old, and I’m a French video journalist. I work Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and I’m looking for a cozy space where I can feel comfortable and get along well with my roommates.
I’m friendly, cheerful, and discreet. I play music, but always in a way that doesn’t disturb anyone. I love pets, I’m LGBT+ friendly, and I take care of my responsibilities, I have a good credit score and always pay my rent on time.

I’m passionate about photography, museums, cinema, and music, and I’d love to live somewhere that allows me to enjoy these hobbies. I’m looking to move at the beginning of October, and I’m hoping for a lease of at least one year.
