Hello, my name is Mickey. I am a mature, responsible, self-employed professional seeking a private room in Manhattan immediately.

My first choice is the West Village, Greenwich Village, Chelsea, or another convenient Manhattan neighborhood, but I will consider Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Inwood, and other safe areas of Manhattan.

My maximum budget is $1,000 per month, although I would prefer something less expensive if possible. I am open to a small furnished or unfurnished room and can move in immediately.

I am quiet, respectful, clean, dependable, LGBTQ-friendly, and a nonsmoker. I do not drink alcohol and strongly prefer a smoke-free home. I work independently in wellness and personal services as a certified massage therapist/bodyworker, certified yoga instructor, professional cuddler, and certified life coach.

I am currently between permanent housing and staying in hotels or my vehicle, so finding a stable room promptly is very important. I am looking for a peaceful, safe arrangement with respectful roommates or a resident landlord.

A month-to-month arrangement would be ideal, but I will consider a longer agreement for the right room. Street parking nearby would be helpful but is not required.
