Working professional seeks month-to-month room

Hi, I’m Mac, 49. I’ve just accepted an AI engineering position in Hillsboro and am looking for a comfortable room while I get settled. My budget is under $1,000 per month including utilities, and I’m looking in SW Portland, Beaverton, Hillsboro, or Tigard.

I need a month-to-month arrangement with no initial commitment longer than one month. A furnished room would be ideal, with kitchen and laundry access, reliable internet, and somewhere to park. I’m looking to move soon.

I’m a musician, producer, and former chef. I enjoy good food, music, and conversation, and I value personal space and a peaceful home. Once I start work, I expect to be in the office during the week.
