Hi! 😊 I’m looking for a room to rent near The Marketplace or somewhere fairly central in Bakersfield, ideally moving in at the end of this month.

I’d prefer to live with other women, but I’m open to considering other situations if it feels like a good fit.

A little about me: I’m responsible, respectful, clean, pretty easygoing, and I always pay my bills on time. I work as a substitute teacher and usually spend my evenings playing pickleball when it’s under 90°. 😄

I just got new bedroom furniture, so I’m hoping to find an unfurnished room where I can use it.

I’m hoping to find a home where I feel safe, comfortable, and can get along well with the people I live with.

One important consideration: I’m very allergic to perfumes, strong fragrances, and cats, so I need a home without cats and with minimal fragrance use.
