Quiet, clean, professional with flexible move date

Hello! I’m a 31yo non-binary/queer person (any pronouns), seeking a LGBTQ+ friendly home.

I’d prefer to live with only one other person, but I’m open to 2 people if it’s the right fit. I just got a new job, so I’m looking for something in North Hollywood/Studio City/Burbank to be closer to work. I’ll be working M-F in office.

I spend most of my free time at home, but will occasionally go out thrifting or just to spend a day out of the house. When I’m home, I’m mostly on my computer/playing video games/watching something. I’m very mindful to keep noise down and wear headphones most of the time.

I’m trying to build a new habit of meal prepping and freezing things, so I’d need a kitchen that can accommodate that and maybe space for an extra upright freezer (I don’t have one, but I’m considering it).

My ideal rental is in a home, and on the ground floor. I’m also only considering places where I’d have a private bathroom, and there’s A/C, parking, and an in-unit W/D.

I have a couch, coffee table, a small chair, and an extra 6’ desk (currently used as an extension to my kitchen) that I’d like to bring with me to have in the common area.

I used to have a dog, and I love cats, so I’m 100% open to pets.
