My name is Angelica, and my boyfriend Moe and I are looking for a private bedroom + private bathroom to rent.

A little about us — I work for San Diego Unified School District in the Mira Mesa/Scripps Ranch area, and Moe is currently studying at SDSU and works whenever he’s not in school.

We’re both pretty easygoing, clean, respectful, and chill. We’re looking for a nice, comfortable place with good vibes and friendly roommates. We’re happy to do our own thing but also don’t mind being social and getting to know the people we live with!

Our budget is around $1,900/month, and ideally looking around Mira Mesa, Scripps Ranch, or nearby areas, but we’re open to options.
