Looking for roommate in Philly area.

Hey I'm Théo. I just finished undergrad and am starting my first job in Newtown square in January. I'm looking for roommates or a roommate to live with in either Center City (fairmount/speing garden, logan square, rittenhouse, washington sq.), Manayunk, or Conshohocken. This would potentially only be a 7 month lease as I might start a longer term lease with co-workers starting in August (will confirm this soon), but I could be open to something longer term if there is a unique fit. A bit about myself: I work in finance and have rough hours so won't necessarily always be the best comrade, but am looking for friends outside of my field to spend time with in my free time on weekends. I am a devout catholic, so high preference for christian roommates, but this isn't a dealbreaker and I promise I won't be imposing unless you want to discuss faith. With this you can gather i'm definitely not a partier - I'd like for my roommates and I to be aligned on the space being a workable environment at all times (but wouldn't be opposed to hosting contained gatherings every once in a while). I am extremely clean and would have high standards for roommates on proactivity with keeping the space clean. I'd like to be in a building with solid amenities if possible (gym/places to relax outdoors). I like running and reading in my free time, as well as exploring restaurants and bars. I'm looking for roomates who are solid guys - reasonable aspirations in life/have their act together. No smokers.
