Room wanted in San Marcos or Escondido, CA

I am a 29 y/o Devoted Christian / San Diego native male aged 29. I am clean, physically active, driven, kind and responsible. I praise, pray to and worship JESUS CHRIST the MESSIAH & LORD. I am inter-denominational. I am available to move in as soon as possible and have a budget of $950/month. I would like to share a home with males of any age but a female home owner would be awesome too as long as they do not creep on me (that goes for guys too!). I would prefer an older woman as a home owner 60+. I am pure and hoping to get married one day to a girl around my age and have a family. One day at a time.
