Room wanted in Boston (and surrounding)

I’m a 50-year-old professional looking for a comfortable and friendly shared living situation. My move-in date is flexible, and I’m not in a rush. Finding a roommate and home that feel like a good fit for everyone is more important than moving by a specific date.

I’m co-parenting and stay at my children’s home when I’m with them, so I would typically be at the apartment about 50% of the month. I work from home, do not smoke, and drink socially but not often. I enjoy cooking and keep things clean.

I’m social and would be happy to occasionally grab coffee, share a meal, have a drink, or head out together, while also respecting each other’s independence and privacy.

My budget is up to $1,500 per month. I’m open to living with men or women, ideally between the ages of 30 and 60. I’m hoping to find a friendly, easygoing household where everyone feels comfortable and communicates well.
