New to Texas.

What I need.
-Master bedroom or large bedroom with private bathroom.
-Garage storage for tools and other garage items
-No couples. I am fine with co-ed or single gender households.
-The ability to have a single overnight guest without it being an issue.
-Not a need but a preference, I would like to live with as few housemates as possible.

About me.
I am pretty laid back and have lived with all women, all men and co-ed households. I am a live and let live type of person. I enjoy being outside, camping, tinkering on cars, fixing things, watching movies and playing video games. I transferred to Texas and I travel to different work sites every day. I am dispatched out of where I live and if there isn't anything on my schedule I am home. I don't cook very much.
