Looking for a Room with my well trained toy poodle

I'm an easygoing, friendly, and respectful guy relocating to Miami Brickell in February 14th 2027. I'm very clean, organized, and take pride in keeping my room and shared spaces neat and tidy. I'm really into fitness, healthy eating, cooking, and staying active. I'm also a great cook, especially Indian food, and I enjoy cooking and sharing a good meal with friends.
I'll be living with my one-year-old Toy Poodle, Loki, who is extremely well-trained, quiet, friendly, and very well behaved. He's an indoor dog and is used to being respectful of the home.
I enjoy outdoor activities, exploring Miami, good conversation, and having fun, but I also value privacy and a peaceful home. I'm not a big drinker — just occasionally on special occasions. I'm looking to stay for at least a year, possibly longer, and would love to find a clean, friendly, and comfortable place with a good roommate.
