Mature singer/songwriter, massage student looking

Hello everyone,

I am a mature, grounded singer/songwriter, massage therapy student looking for a room to rent in Studio City/North Hollywood.

I’m generally pretty quiet and like to spend most of my time in my personal space when I’m not working, going to class, or studying, which takes up a majority of my time.
I’m very good at being independent and I respect the cleanliness of community areas (kitchen/living room/ shared bathroom).

I believe in healthy communication and respecting each other’s privacy.
I pay bills on time.

Lately, because I’ve been so busy with school and work, I haven’t been singing or playing a lot in my living space. But this is usually a primary form of expression where I am living. But for now… since I’m so busy with school, music is on hold.
