#1 Hi! Very clean. Communicative, sociable, down-to-earth, and I respect people's space/privacy and look for the same.

I like to keep fit, read, nature, etc. Brand new to the area, came for work.
Looking for: Private parking, clean washer/dryer, a working stove, a private bedroom and preferably private bathroom (open to shared for month-to-month). Overall, I would prefer month-to-month, and of course, longer after the first month of positive vibes:))

P. S.-Always on top of that rent:). Since I'm new to the site, I've done a credit and criminal background to build trust (on another shared accommodation web site), however, I will only e-mail the pertinent parts. So all the criminal categories...you will see clear, and all the credit categories, clear. Providing the entire reports can open us up to scamming.
