We are both working professionals with stable income, and we value a quiet, clean, and comfortable home environment. We are organized, considerate of shared spaces, and always pay rent on time. We are also **good cooks** and would be happy to share a friendly home-cooked meals from time to time.

We are looking for:
- Private room or studio
- Period: 11/1/26 - 2/28/27
- Preferably furnished, but not required
- Access to laundry is a plus
- Open to sharing with respectful, clean roommates or living in a private unit
