Looking for Short-Term Room/Sublet in Boston Area

Hi! I recently graduated from Tufts University with a Master’s in Biomedical Research and am starting a research technician position at Northeastern University. I’m looking for a room in a shared apartment where I can sign a lease for about a year, ideally moving in before November 1.

I’d like to live near Northeastern or close to a T station with an easy commute to campus. A furnished or partially furnished room would be ideal, though I’m open to unfurnished options. I’m hoping to keep rent under $1,000 per month.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and easy to live with. I’d prefer female roommates and a peaceful, friendly household where everyone is considerate of shared spaces.
