Hi, I’m looking for a clean, comfortable room on the Upper East Side for regular weekend stays.
I live in New Jersey and own a small business. I typically come into Manhattan Thursday night and leave Sunday morning, so I’m looking for someone who has an extra room and would like a reliable, regular weekend renter.
I’m quiet, clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to live with. I won’t be around during the week and would mainly use the room as a comfortable place to stay while I’m in the city.
Ideally, I’d like to find an ongoing arrangement with the same person rather than booking a different place every weekend.
Budget: Up to $500 per weekend, depending on the room and location.
