I am looking for a room rental, while I love animals I am severely allergic to cats, so cats are out. Dogs and other pets are fine and I am welcoming.
I am 47 and came back from overseas with a knee injury so 1st floor is not a must but preferable, I can however climb stairs.
My occupation tends to be jack of all trades, but I work as a Paralegal and previously a Retail Manager.
I'm currently receiving Disability Insurance due to the injury, please be understanding and okay with this.
I am clean, I enjoy roommates to be somewhat clean.. no trash everywhere please! While things can be semi dirty I don't freek out, years and years of dirt and grime, I will pass.
I read for enjoyment or use my phone, I'm not a big TV person, while I enjoy movies it's typically at the theater.
I enjoy and value sleep and peace.
I'm very open minded, easy going and can adapt to culture or preferences.
No drugs though, non smoking!
