Hi everyone! I am looking for a room or a bed to rent in NYC starting this coming January. A bit about me: I previously lived in the US but temporarily moved back home to Denmark to care for my dad while he was sick. Now, I am ready to return to New York to build my future, rejoin my girlfriend, and settle down. I take pride in being exceptionally clean and deeply respectful of other people's space. I have a proven track record as a great roommate and have never had a single issue or complaint regarding cleanliness or personal boundaries in the past. I value a peaceful, tidy, and harmonious home environment. To ensure a smooth transition and show my commitment, I am prepared to pay my first three months of rent (January through March) entirely upfront. After March, I will transition to standard monthly payments.
