Hello, I'm looking for a bedroom with a private bathroom to rent on a long-term basis. I have been renting a room/bathroom from a very nice lady for the past two years, but she has decided to sell her house and downsize. I am retired and living on social security and savings. I have an excellent credit score and will be able to give you great personal references. I am quiet, clean and spend a lot of time in my room reading and watching tv. I also enjoy watching my grandsons play soccer.
