Hello, I'm looking for a bedroom/private bathroom to rent on a long-term basis. I have been renting a room/bathroom from a very nice lady for the past two years, but she has decided to sell her house and downsize (she will be able to give me an excellent reference.) I'm retired and living on social security and savings. I have an excellent credit score, and I will be able to give you a personal reference from a professional landlord in the business for the past 30 years. I am quiet, clean and spend a lot of time in my room reading and watching tv. I also enjoy watching my grandsons play soccer.
