Looking To Find A Place by October 1st

About Me; Hello! I’m a 40-year-old insurance professional who recently relocated to Philadelphia for work. I am looking for a stable, comfortable place to call home for the next 6 to 8 months while I get settled into the city and save up for my own permanent Place.

The Budget: $750 – $850/month with utilities and Wi-Fi included. Preferences: I am willing to go up to $900 – $1,000 for a setup that includes a private bathroom. The Lease: A flexible 6-to-8-month term starting as soon as possible.

Lifestyle & Routine My day-to-day is highly structured and focused on my career and financial goals. Between my primary insurance work and side gigs, I keep a busy schedule and am out of the house quite a bit. To stay productive and maximize my savings, I also occasionally do Lyft and DoorDash on the side.

When I am home, I strictly value a peaceful, low-key environment where I can unwind and get a good night's sleep. I am exceptionally clean, organized, and deeply respectful of shared boundaries. I don’t bring the party home and treat my living space like a quiet sanctuary.

What I’m Looking For; The Location: Looking to be in or very close to (no more than 15 mins away) Center City, Rittenhouse, Chinatown, or University City. The Space: A private room in a clean, quiet, and reliable household.
