room w/ windows needed.
I am in the process of moving from spokane to seattle area. I am looking for possibly a large room with windows, as I have two kitties which are fixed and are papered as ESA service animals, however they will never leave the bedroom. I can afford up to $700 a month or a room? But that must include utilities. I am on partial disability retirement. I also subcontract and work from home as a licensed private investigator with the court system. I have a clean background. Check with no criminal activity whatsoever. And I had the documents WSP which I can provide from my fingerprint. I do not smoke nor drink, I have a girlfriend who lives with her parents up in arlington and will on occasions, come to visit me.
I am hoping to find a nice place to live. As i'm a very clean and quiet person. I am also very friendly and nonjudgmental, if you have a room for rent, please email me with your phone number. And I will respond. I would like to find the place to be somewhat close to public transportation. As I do not drive and I am open to any areas around seattle or even in the ever areas.
