Looking for a room

Hi! I’m looking for a private room and, more importantly, a comfortable home where I can feel settled. My budget is up to $1,300, preferably with utilities included. I’m mainly looking around Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Valley Village, eastern Van Nuys, or nearby areas.

I work and attend school, so I have a regular schedule and drive frequently. Parking is important to me. I’m very clean, organized, quiet, and responsible, and I always respect shared spaces.

I enjoy cooking and occasionally having dinner with friends or the people I live with. I would love to live with someone friendly who might enjoy sharing a meal or conversation sometimes, while still respecting each other’s privacy and independence.
