Room wanted in Baltimore, Baltimore City, MD

I’m a 38-year-old working professional relocating from Alaska to the Baltimore area for a project with my current employer. I’ve been working in Alaska for the past several years and am transferring to the Baltimore project, so I’m looking for a clean, comfortable place to call home while I’m there.
I’m responsible, clean, respectful and easy to get along with. I work full-time and tend to stay pretty busy, so I appreciate a relaxed and peaceful home environment. I respect other people’s privacy and personal space, but I’m also friendly, social and enjoy good conversation.
I’m looking to move as soon as possible, with a budget around $800 per month. I’m open to sharing with female roommates and am looking for a comfortable, respectful and drama-free household.
