Looking for Room / Roommate – Carmel, Fishers, Zionsville | Oct. 1

Hi everyone! I’m a 40-year-old professional looking for a room to rent in the Carmel, Fishers, or Zionsville area, ideally starting October 1st.

I’m very laid-back, quiet, clean, and respectful of other people’s space. I don’t party, smoke, or use drugs, and I rarely drink. I have no kids and no pets.

I travel for work most weeks, typically Monday–Thursday, so I’m often gone during the week. When I’m home, I’m pretty low-key and enjoy a quiet, comfortable place. I clean up after myself, respect shared spaces, and am looking for a place that feels more like a peaceful home than a party house.

I’m open to different rental arrangements and fees depending on the situation.

I haven’t had much luck finding the right room, so I’m also open to finding one other responsible professional who may be interested in getting a 2BR/2BA apartment or home together and sharing the space.
