Hey everyone I'm Will! I'm 26 and moving to NYC from the Boston area and looking for a room, either joining an existing apartment or a sublet (6+ months, definitely open to it turning into something longer term if it's a good fit).

Quick bit about me. I'm making the jump from finance into tech/startups right now, so work matters to me, but so does having an actual life outside of it. I hit the gym almost every morning before work, I'm big into movies, and I love meeting new people and just talking, whether that's over coffee or wherever really. Always down for an adventure if something fun comes up. I keep things pretty low key Sunday through Thursday and go to bed early, then I'm out and about on the weekends. I'm also very clean and organized, so if that matters to you (it should), I've got you covered.

Looking for:
📍 Open to Murray Hill, Midtown East, Gramercy, Union Square, East Village, Lower East Side, Flatiron, or NoHo, ideally with a decent commute to the office
💰 Budget is $1,400-2,000/month
📅 Hoping to have something locked in within the next 1-2 weeks
