Room wanted in Carlsbad, Oceanside, San Diego, CA

I'm a professional, single, I enjoy traveling, going to the gym taking pilate classes, and exercising and shopping. I'm a mother of 3 adult children, successfully rise with degrees. and good jobs. I attended Carlsbad and Oceanside High School in the 1980's, so I'm familiar with the area. My parent move to the Bay Area my Senior year. Later I started a my family in Vallejo, Benicia and later folsom. During my retirement years, I live a stress free life using a lot of my money on Airbnb and hotel for travel. Since, my family relocated to San Diego, because of work purposes. I have newly born grandduaghter, I like to visit during my travel. I figure renting a room will be cheaper and more stable than Airbnb or hotels. I want options of two residency. I Iove where live and not ready to leave Folsom, and El Doraldo Hills; permenantly. It's quiet and peaceful with trail, biking, lake for kayaking. I live in a house with my son we share rent in Folsom Ca. However, In Carlsbad, I'm hoping to find a room with a private bathroom, safe, place to park my car, and compatible roommate. I'm interested in 3month 6month lease or rent as a Airbnb monthly. I'm easy-going, clean, respectful and responsible. No drugs, or heavy drinking. I love nature, peace and quiet. especially when I'm sleeping.
