Hi friends! I’m Andy, and I’m moving from Philadelphia to Portland this fall after 13 years in Philadelphia. I’m turning 40 in November and looking for a quiet, comfortable place to call home.
I’m clean, organized, respectful, and take a lot of pride in keeping a home well cared for. I love painting, gardening, and fixing things around the house, and I’m pretty handy when something needs attention. I’m also always happy to pitch in with chores—I'm not much of a cook, but I make a great sous chef and dishwasher. 🙂
I spent most of my life as a touring musician and have worked as an assistant general manager at a restaurant/bar for the past six years. I’ll be looking for part-time work in Portland while transitioning to disability income, and I have stable finances and no concerns about meeting my housing obligations.
I’m nearly four years sober and take that seriously, so I’m ideally looking for a home that’s relaxed and low-key rather than a party house. I don’t smoke cigarettes.
I value my alone time but am friendly, social, and always happy to share a conversation. I’m ultimately looking for good people and a peaceful place to settle into Portland.
