Seeking A Good Space

About me: I'm an outdoor industry professional and hiking guide who's relocating while I build my next business venture. Most of my days are spent either outdoors or working quietly at my computer.

I'm easygoing, tidy, and pretty low-key. I keep regular hours, usually up early and in bed early, don't smoke or use drugs, and rarely drink. I enjoy cooking and am always happy to share a meal or good conversation, but I'm equally comfortable keeping to myself.

Home, for me, is a place to recharge. I don't watch much TV, don't play loud music, and I'm definitely not a late-night person. Friends would probably describe me as calm, considerate, and easy to live with.

What I'm looking for:

A furnished private room with reliable Wi-Fi and space to work from my laptop. Access to a pool or somewhere to cool off outside would be a wonderful bonus.

I'm looking for a peaceful household where everyone respects one another's space. I have nothing against people who enjoy a drink now and then; I'm just not looking for a party house.

The biggest thing I'm looking for is a good fit. If it feels right for everyone, I think the rest tends to work itself out.
