Responsible Mom & Daughter (21) looking for a Room

Hi! My 21-year-old daughter, Kait, and I are looking for a large room to share in a clean, quiet home. Or 2 rooms if the price is right :-). South San Jose is our preference, but we're flexible for the right situation.

We are both full-time working professionals, responsible, respectful, and very clean. We're generally gone during the day and mostly home in the evenings, so we're looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to live rather than a busy or social household.

Kait works full time as an ABA Technician and is also working toward her Master's degree. I work full time at Kaiser Permanente as a Program Assistant. We're both independent, reliable, and considerate of the people we live with.

Ideally, we'd like:
• A large room that can comfortably accommodate both of us
• Washer and dryer on site
• Kitchen access so we can prepare our own meals
• A clean, quiet, respectful living environment
• South San Jose preferred, but we're open to other areas for the right fit

We're very mindful about shared spaces and always clean up after ourselves. We're not looking for anything fancy. Just a safe, comfortable, affordable place where we can settle in and focus on work, school, and getting established.
