Hi! I’m a 37-year-old gay guy working in fashion, looking for a room in an existing apartment in Brooklyn. Ideally looking for a Sept. 15 move-in, but I can be flexible through Oct. 1. Open to taking over a room/sublease or joining an existing lease.

I previously lived in NYC for 10+ years and recently moved back, so I already have an established life and routine here. I’ll generally have a Monday–Friday schedule with most of my time in office, so I’m looking for a home that feels like a place to unwind.

I’m clean, quiet, independent, responsible, and easygoing. I’m looking for a peaceful, comfortable household with roommates who are respectful, communicative, and take pride in their home. Not looking for a party apartment, but always happy to be friendly with the people I live with.

Outside of work, I’m usually at Pilates/yoga/the gym, seeing friends, exploring the city, trying new restaurants, or taking a long walk. I’m also currently training to become a Pilates instructor, which has become a big part of my life.

Ideally looking for one roommate (open to two for the right place), preferably someone in their late 20s/30s who is professional, independent, clean, queer/queer-friendly, and chill.
