Room, Studio Apt, Tiny House or Trailer for Rent

Hello my name is Troy and I would like to find a place to rent between $350 - $650 a month, I am willing to do home repairs (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting and even Yard Maintenance for reduce rent. I can even help with car, truck repairs, I even have diagnostic computer (checks engine, transmission, ABS brakes and airbags). Please see attached pictures,1st Myself, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Cut out sub floor, floor joist and installed new water lines and removed old cast iron drain pipe and installed 4” PVC drain pipe. Installed new flooring, new shower and relocated toilet, this was do to major water damage. 5 & 6th El Camino I did a complete off frame restoration and built a 500 HP engine and more I would be willing to rent a room long term or turn a garage into apartment, barn loft into apartment, build tiny home in backyard or get a gutted trailer and fix it up.
I am open to suggestions, I'm on Social Security and I have lived at my present location for 15 years and have always paid my rent on time.
