Looking for a Studio OR Roommate on Hun

Hi! I'm looking for 1-private bedroom/bath $1250+ month OR studio with a maximum budget of $1550+ month, ideally available October 1.
Roommate budget: up to $1300 month (inc ALL tips)

I do not own a car (yet) so the most important location requirement is that the apartment MUST be within approx. a 5-10 minute walk of an LIRR station (10 mins max, as I work in Huntington!) with a direct train to Huntington Station LIRR - no transfers.

I'm currently considering near the LIRR stations:
* Huntington / (Huntington Station, Huntington Bay or Southdown
* Greenlawn/Centerport
* Cold Spring Harbor
* Northport / East Northport

About me:
Mature / Employed / Responsible / Courteous & 10 year Huntington resident
* My Solitude/Sleep Hours 11pm - 8am
* I’ve no pet (I like them, but have none)
* Non-smoker / Non-drinker / No drugs
* Few stayovers or guests (seeking same in roommate)
* Respectful and VERY clean tenant (would like same in roommate)

Hobbies:
Reading, watching my Netflix shows (in room) and traveling.

I'm employed (non-profit serving our community) and work weekday hours & weekends; currently looking for an affordable, stable and very clean place to call home and to follow my dreams from.
