Hi, I am a recent graduate from Stanford University looking for a 3 month sublet (flexible) starting on Sep. 12. My budget is around $1500 or less but this is flexible if the room is a good fit. I work remotely in journalism and am respectful of all roommates/living areas.
I’m also willing to pay a little more if the room has a private bathroom or is in Manhattan but this is not a requirement.
Preferred neighborhoods: Astoria, Long Island City, Sunnyside, Greenpoint, Williamsburg, anywhere in north or west Brooklyn
